In the 1970s,Hilead manufactured the first CY14-1B serise piston pump.After thousand times trial manufacturing experiments,we broke through the CY big specification pump's accelerating question for the first time in domestic,the rotational speed enhanced from 1000 rpm to 1500 rpm,and reach to 2200 rpm.
In 1998,Hilead manufactured the first Q series low noise axial piston pump in the domestic,compared with the ordinary piston pump,the noise reduced 4 Db,the radial direction size reduced 60mm,the heigh has been shortened 47mm,the single set weight reduced 10kg,especially,Q100 and Q125 pump filled the domestic gap.Even nowdays,Hilead is a leader of CY series piston pump.
Advantages:
1. Choose the high-precision needle bearing with holder to replace the old short cylindrical roller bearing. So low down the noise of the pump and reduce the external dimensions and weight.
2. The oil absorption channel area of Q*CY14-1Bk is raised by 40%. So the self-absorption ability and peak speed of the pump are raised as well. And the noise of the pump is reduced.
3. Improve the structure of the valve plate. So raise the oil absorption ability and reduce the noise.
4. Improve the structure of the central spring. Low down the spring stress.
5. Improve the structure of piston. Raise the force of pulling or dragging by 20%.
6. Use the precision casting housing which looks better. Make the inner wall of the channel fine and precise.
